Ecological nutrition it means feeding on products that have zero packaging, a sustainable production chain and are produced locally. The British Ministry of Agriculture has calculated that the cost paid by the company for the transport of food amounts to 9 billion pounds. In other words, every year, the production and consumption of meat emits about 8 billion tons of CO2.

It is clear that aecological nutrition it is poor in meat and products of animal origin, unless they are of local origin: as an alternative to self-production, the consumer can buy food from a small local breeder and grower, usually these are family-run businesses that, although they do not hold the organic brand, they are able to offer genuine products and zero packaging. The packaging of a food causes pollution, usually the packaging is made of plastic material, it is better to buy foods that reduce canned goods to a minimum.
